Privacy policy
HouseCasino is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
HouseCasino is a publishing site. We do not require registration to read our content. We collect:
- Server logs: IP address (last octet redacted), user-agent, page requested, HTTP referrer, timestamp. Retained 30 days for security and performance analysis.
- Analytics: aggregated, anonymised page views and scroll depth via privacy-respecting analytics. No fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking.
- Affiliate referrals: when you click an outbound /goto/* link, the destination operator receives standard referral parameters (no personally identifying data sent by us).
- localStorage: theme preference (dark/light), dismissed-sticky-CTA timestamp. Stays in your browser, never sent to our server.
2. Data we do NOT collect
- Names, email addresses, or contact details (unless you contact us voluntarily)
- Payment information
- Biometric data
- Cross-site tracking identifiers
- Device fingerprints
3. Cookies
HouseCasino does not set tracking cookies. We use localStorage for two small, non-tracking purposes (theme, sticky CTA dismissal). No third-party cookies are loaded by default.
4. Third parties
Our content uses self-hosted fonts and a self-hosted icon sprite. We do not load Google Fonts, third-party analytics, social-media widgets, or advertising trackers on review pages.
Outbound /goto/* links redirect to third-party casino operators. Once you leave HouseCasino via these links, you are subject to the destination operator’s privacy policy.
5. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and applicable laws including GDPR (if you are an EU/UK resident), you have rights to: access data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, and complain to the relevant regulator.
To exercise these rights, contact us. We respond within 30 days.
6. Updates
This policy was last updated 12 May 2026. Material changes will be noted at the top of this page and announced via the home-page changelog.
